Klopp insists he will continue to stick even though Liverpool change hands
After Liverpool's victory over Derby County in the third round of the League Cup, coach Klopp was asked about FSG's sale of the club. The Liverpool boss has released a confirmation message that they are looking for a new investment after 12 years at Liverpool.
Coach Klopp denied the Liverpool story was similar to the way Chelsea changed hands earlier this year.

Klopp insists he will continue to stick even though Liverpool change hands
“It has no effect. Pep Lijnders said almost everything during the press conference. We knew about it a little bit longer, about their thinking, and I don't quite understand why we all say the club is sold. What I read is that they are looking for new investors and that makes sense. A good idea, I like that.
It doesn't distract from the preparation process. The players don't ask me to tell them everything. This makes no sense. Whatever happens, I really like the way we work with the bosses. But even if the club changes hands, I am fully committed. As far as I know, they are looking for investors and that makes sense.”
Comparing with the Chelsea deal, Klopp added: "First, Chelsea was sold, that's how I understand the case. FSG is looking for investors. The situation was completely different: Chelsea were sold because their owner was in trouble. Let me summarize, Chelsea's case is urgent and we are not.
It is important that we continue to plan. At this point, nothing happens. Just a piece of information we know and no one had a heart attack when it was broadcast. We work very closely with FSG, it's a great relationship and it's not going to change."
